Jojo what are you doing? Oh peeling an egg.
you know there’s an easy way to do that. What?
Yes! I could show you how to take the shell
right off. Struggling to remove sticky crumbling
shells from hard-boiled eggs can try anyone’s
patience. Until you learn this easy solution.
To boil extra-large eggs, place in the bottom
of a saucepan or a large pot and fill with
cold water. Make sure they are fully submerged
with at least an inch of water above the eggs.
Turn on the heat and bring water to a boil.
Now, remove from heat and cover with a lid
set a timer for 15 minutes and let the eggs set.
When the time is up carefully removed eggs
and place them into a bowl of ice water to
cool for 2 minutes. The eggs should then be
much easier to peel the shell off. So why does
it look so green? That’s simple Jojo. You just
overcooked it. Oh wait wait wait wait next
time just use a timer. Thank you. It’s time
