Muller and today I’m going to show you how
to make Spanish Style Chicken Noodle Soup.
Now the chicken is really, really hot so you
might wait a minute to cool it down before
you place it back in there if you are a little
nervous. I don’t get nervous at all, I know
how to do this already. I take my fork and
I take off that extra skin that I left on
there. Remember I left a piece of skin on
there? And with my knife I’m just going to
remove that like that and I’m going to just
decide to take little slices like this. So
you see in here you will have the white and
the dark meat. Of course again you can use
that neck, you can use the feet, you can use
anything you want in your chicken, it’s okay,
that’s fine. You can use that stuff and it
is delicious. Okay, it is also delicious.
I just do this because it is nicer. My daughter
likes this better and I like it better and
I’m just you will love it too when you do
it. So just take it in slices like that on
the white meat and put it back inside the
water when you are done and take everything
apart.
