In Mumbai, every road is famous
for delicious street food.
You will remember it’s taste.
Mumbai special ‘Pav Bhaji’ along
with the Butter.
So, now we will make Mumbai Pav Bhaji.
Firstly take pan, add 2 tsp
butter and heat it.
Instead of butter you can also use oil.
But with butter it tastes better.
In fact, it is made in a large pan.
If you don’t have a big pan, you
can also make it in a frying pan.
Add 2 finely chopped onions.
1 tbsp ginger paste and saute it well.
Once the onions change in color,
add 1/2 a finely chopped capsicum.
After some time, add 4 finely
chopped big tomatoes.
The Pav bhaji’s color depends on the tomatoes.
So, don’t reduce the quantity of tomatoes.
Once it is well cooked, add 1/2
tbsp pav bhaji masala.
For those who want more spicy,
can add more masala.
Add 1tsp red chilli powder.
Salt to taste. Cook it for upto
Once it is cooked well, mash the
tomatoes with the help of masher.
one cup of pre-boiled cauliflower.

After some time add 3 small boiled
and mashed potatoes.
If you do not have time, there is
another way to make this curry easily.
First, cut all the vegetable pieces
and mix it with water and boil it.
Just mash everything together.
If the curry is in thick consistency,
you need to add a little bit of water.
To make it colorful, add coriander leaves.
This tends to dry out very
easily, so add enough water.
Half of the recipe is done.
Now, just warm up the pav(bread).
Cut the pav into two equal parts and
apply the little bit of butter on both sides.
If you put it in the mouth, it will melt.
Let’s keep it on pan and warm it.
Once it warmed well, pav absorbs
all the flavors of the butter.
Let’s keep it for a few minutes.
In the meantime, need to
place the desired flavors on plate.
