Some people fry or cook garlic and take but it is better to take it raw as we can get it in all seasons.

Some people take garlic pills instead of garlic as they don’t like the smell but it won’t give any benefit.
Take garlic as whole instead of taking it in any other form.
Phosphorous gas present in garlic is the reason for the strong smell and so we may not be able to take it raw.
If you slightly fry and take the smell will go.
You can take only 2-3 garlic pods in a day and you can add it in your food and take, if you take more than this it may cause adverse effects.
Garlic cannot cure all health problems, take healthy diet as all nutrients are essential for our immunity.
Cut garlic into small pieces and leave it for some time, the smell will go other wise take it with curd and honey.
Avoid taking garlic in empty stomach, take water or lemon water and it is beneficial to take it after breakfast.
