Keto & Gluten Free Brownies using Almond Flour & Coconut Flour | Low Carb | The Home Maker Baker

Hi Friends, today I’m bringing for you guys
a very easy, tasty and quick recipe
which is keto friendly. Yes, that’s right!!
These brownies you are seeing are keto friendly as well as gluten free
They are extremely rich and fudgy
And all of its replacement are available on my website too
Before I start the recipe, please subscribe to my channel
and press the bell notification
so that you don’t miss any of my recipes
lets get to our ingredients now
First of all, I have 1/2 cup of butter which I have already melted in microwave
You can melt it in microwave or stove
then I’m adding 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
I have a dutch processed one, you can use any other of your liking too
Mix them well together, and then we’re gonna add
1 cup of brown sugar
So mix all the 3 ingredients well and after that
we will add 2 eggs in it
and as usual, the eggs should be at room temperature
while baking, everything should be at room temperature
This is very important, otherwise the result is not the same
Also mix the eggs well in the mixture
If you want your brownies to rise well
make sure to beat well before adding
After that, we’ll add 1/2 tsp of salt
and then we’ll add 1/4 cup of almond flour
If you don’t have almond flour available, use fine grounded almonds
after that, we’ll add 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
On my website, I have given the replacements
just in case you don’t have all these keto ingredients
like almond flour & coconut flour
and you want to make non-keto healthy brownies
and lastly, I have added 1/3 cup of sour cream
and this is how your batter looks like now, it is extremely thick
and after that, I’m adding 1/3 cup of roughly chopped chocolates
I personally prefer dark chocolate, that’s why I have used 70% chocolate
you can use any chocolate of your preference
Here, I have a 10″ by 5″ of pan which I have
double lined. This is very important as
it makes it easier to take out brownies
by simply lifting the foil. You don’t really have to do much
Your pan won’t get dirty and the brownies won’t stick to it
Apply oil and butter to its base
that will make it very easy to take out brownies, trust me.
So whenever you want to make brownies, just double line your pan
and overhang it from the sides
Now I will put all my mixture in it
As you can see here
Spread it nicely using spatula or spoon evenly
You can see that since we applied the oil
the brownie batter is not sticking to the pan
and is sliding off very easily
so this is what you want
After spreading, you can use any chocolate to garnish it
or you can use nuts as well
I’m putting more chocolate for garnish
Now I’m baking it at 350F
for 25 to 30 minutes
You can see that it has left the corners
Now you can see the benefit of lining it giving it an overhang
I’m now easily lifting it up
even though it is hot
and my brownie is also intact and not broken
If you had not applied the oil
and did not apply double foil, it would have been difficult
Now, we’re gonna cut it and
I will show you how we will cut it
I’ll teach you how we can clean cut brownies and cakes
Here, I have hot water in a jug
Let me show you here that I’ve got hot water in a jug
and I have dipped my knife in it
Now, I’ll take out my knife, wipe it with a tissue
and while the knife is still hot,
I will cut my brownie with it
You can cut cakes using this method too, and you get super clean cuts
and it doesn’t break anything
So this is how I cut my cakes and bakes
you can also use this method for clean and easy cuts
Otherwise, you would have noticed that everything breaks while cutting
this was a little hack I wanted to show you guys
Our wonderful fudgy brownie is now ready
this is how it looks. If you want it to rise,
add a little bit of baking soda
Again, if you go to my website, you’ll see
that I’m mentioned all the replacements that you can use
Just in case you don’t want it to be keto
or you don’t want it to be gluten free
so this was today’s recipe
I hope you liked it, do try it out
and give me feedback.
Don’t forget to give this video a thumbs up, and share it. Until next time,
the home maker baker over and out.
