How to Make Loco Moco

Aloha!
Today we will be cooking a local
favorite dish, loco moco this is super
easy to make and it will still tastes awesome!
Awright!
First, let’s get the rice started. Rinse
three cups of rice, and fill the rice pot
just a little over the three cups line. Throw
it in the rice pot. Turn it on and cook ’em.
Next, the hamburger in a large
mixing bowl, add the ground beef, egg,
garlic powder, pepper, breadcrumbs, milk,
and the super hard name to pronounce
Worcestershire sauce. Mix all of the
ingredients together, then start forming
patties. I usually start off with a ball
and then press down on it.
Turn on the stove to medium heat.
Coat the pan with
some oil and add your patties to the pan.
Let it cook for a few minutes, then flip
it.
Now the sunnyside down egg.
With the
non-stick pan add a little oil or butter
and crack open an egg. Let it cook for a
bit, then carefully flip the egg and
truthfully I can’t make perfect eggs but
this is the best I can do. Last part,
the gravy. Add in the gravy packet’s contents
into a small sauce pot and then add in 1
cup of water. Stir it consistently and
when it starts to boil bring it down to
a simmer. Finally, we put all of the
ingredients together.
Rice, hamburger, egg, and gravy. You can
garnish it with green onions if you like.
And there you go loco moco! I hope you
enjoy this.
