How to Boil Chicken | 1 step to make boiled chicken breast juicier than ever


last time we talked about how to
pan-fried chicken tenders today let’s
make juicy boiled chicken breasts 2
litres of cold water add 12 grams of
salt. soak the chicken breasts in salt
water for 1/2 hour. this step makes the
chicken to absorb water. So it will be
moister when cooked. Half hour later boil
some water, put in the chicken
breasts. once the water is boiling again
put the lid on then turn off the heat
immediately let the chicken stay in the pot
for 20 minutes. 20 minutes later soak the
chicken breasts in ice water until
they’re completely cooled down see how
juicy they are
tear them into small shredded pieces
Let’s make a simple sauce 1 TSP of sugar
3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
of vinegar, some sesame seeds, 2
tablespoon of shallot oil, a little bit
of chili sauce. it’s a very basic sauce.
feel free to add some white pepper or
any herb you like
