Healthy Meals in Under 30 Minutes : Quick Herb Grilled Pork Recipe


Hi I’m Marlene Spiegel, founding team leader
with Wildtree. Today I’m here on behalf of
Expert Village. I’m here to show you how to
do pork. From a pork tenderloin, in a quick
and easy time. What I did was I added some
natural garlic grape seed oil, along with
some herb grilling marinade and mixed them
together. Both of these products are produced
by Wildtree. I then put the pork, as you can
see I got boneless pork in a plastic bag and
added the marinade and let it sit for 20 minutes.
After that, now you can do this on a grill,
or I have this little grill that I do when
it’s raining outside. I cook these for about
3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Pork should be cooked well done. You can test
it with a thermometer and it should be up
to about 160. Cook 10 minutes on each side
and you flip and you can see the change in
color already starting. This is a great dish
if you put a side dish of brown rice, a side
dish of risotto, a side dish of just a big
salad for a luncheon dish. Here’s the finished
