Hard Boiled Eggs


Hard-boiled eggs can provide a high-protein snack on the go
Once eggs are boiled. They can be left on refrigerated for proximately two hours
And can last up to a week in the refrigerator
Making them the ideal prep
Start by adding eggs and one layer on the bottom pan with a half inch to an inch of water covering the eggs
Next add a little salt
Bring the water to a rolling boil
Take the pot off the heat and cover
You want to leave medium eggs in the pot for 10 more minutes.
You want to leave large eggs in the water for 12 more minutes
and you want to leave extra-large eggs in the pot for 14 minutes
While you’re waiting go ahead and make a ice bath for the eggs
Pour off the water and crack the eggs
Transfer to a ice bath
Peel starting from the air pocket and peel in large strips
Rinse off all the eggshells
Pat dry and voila you got hard-boiled eggs, that are easy to peel!
