Chicken, Carrot and Spinach Puree – Baby Food Recipes


Chicken, Carrots and Spinach Puree : For kids aged 6-8 months
Pre-heat the Oven in ‘Fan Mode’ at 180 degree celsius
Peel and thinly slice 50g of Carrots
Cut 25g of Skinless Chicken Breast into small pieces
Place the Chopped Chicken Breasts and Sliced Carrots onto a Baking Tray
Bake the ingredients at 180 degree celsius for about 10 Minutes till they become cooked and soft
Blanch 10g of Baby Spinach Leaves in Boiling Water for 1 Minutes
Remove the Chicken and Carrots from the Oven
Place the Blanched Spinach in a container
Add Baked Chicken Breasts and Carrots
Add 5 Tablespoons of Boiled Water
Blend all the ingredients with a Hand Blender
till a puree texture is achieved
