Hey guys, it’s Warren here and today I’m making
another cauliflower rice recipe.
This one is inspired by loads of tasty Indian
This recipe is enough to serve 2 people.
To begin with, take 1 washed cauliflower,
remove the florets and chop into smaller pieces.
Add to a blender and blitz the cauliflower
until it’s the size of rice.
Remember, you can blitz it in batches if all
the cauliflower won’t fit in your blender
Once done, your cauliflower should look something
Set the cauliflower aside and take one large
Cut the ends off, slice in half and peel then
finely chop using a sharp knife.
Now take two garlic cloves.
Chop the ends off and peel and gain finely
Take a large plan and place over a medium
to high heat on the stove.
If you’re trying to keep it healthy, heat
up some spray oil, or just use regular oil.
Fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Pour all the cauliflower into the pan along
with 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/4 tsp of cumin,
1/4 tsp of coriander, 1/4 tsp of chilli powder,
1/4 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of garam masala,
1 tbsp of tomato puree and season generously
with some salt.
Fry the ingredients for a further 5 minutes
whilst stirring continuously (whilst watching
all those vibrant colours come through on
Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove from
the heat and serve straight away with some
freshly chopped coriander.
