Lava Cake Ghost
This cake ever been viral at
2016 and this cake come from
Malaysia, Why this name is ghost?
Maybe it because
Very scare for someone who want to
diet. because it make diet failed
because it have pure chocolate taste
For the chocolate lovers, this cake is appropriate
Okay, for the someone who have been request

Based on the original recipe
I use cup size then I
am weighing it
and the ingredients for Choco Cake
are
1 cup liquid milk (235 ml/ 230 gram)
Then 1 cup of vegetable oil (235 ml/ 230 gram)
1 cup of sweet condensed milk
1 cup of chocolate powder (7 tablespoon / 60 gram)
1 cup of refined sugar ( 10 tablespoon/ 200 gram)
2 eggs
1 cup of wheat flour ‘Serbaguna’ ( 8 tablespoon/150 gram)
I use it with medium protein
a quarter of salt
a half part tea spoon of baking powder (BP)
a half part tea spoon of baking soda (BS)
Now mix to be one
baking powder and baking soda
Then salt and wheat flour
stir equally and sifting
Then shake the eggs with
fork or whisker
take a side
take a pan and mixing to be one such chocolate powder
refined sugar, sweet condensed milk

liquid milk
and vegetable oil
stir equally
for a moment
Then cook with the small flame
boil until the sugar
become dissolved while stir it
Then put the eggs that have shaken

small flame
stir again until mixing well
Then put the mix wheat flour
Cook for moment while stir till blend
equally
switch off the flame and take away
Then pouring the batter in aluninum
foil
The pouring as

because it will be fluffy

Then steam for about 25 minutes

it used

We should open steamer lid if it have 25
minutes. It may be sticky test
Now take away it which have well done
make sure that the steamer is really boiling and steamer lid

Continue for the ingredients cream cheese frosting
There are 500 ml liquid whipping cream
Then 250 gram cream cheese
room temperature
and 3 table spoon of sweet condensed milk
vanilla
Now mix
cream cheese and sweet condensed milk
till blend equally
use low speed
for moment about one minute
Then
Pouring liquid whipped cream
Shake with high speed till soft and
glutinous for about 3 minutes
or according
to each your mixer
Then switch off the mixer
Then take away
Put in piping bag
I use two piping bags
the ones is for
the motive and the another for the filling
This for filling is many more

top after give Ganache
Then
spray cream cheese on
chocolate cake that have cooled
rest it for about one hour
in refrigerator
Don’t forget to flatted cheese cream well
so, it will be nice while pour
the ganache
wait till fresh
For the ganache ingredients, take
250 gram DCC (dark cooking chocolate)
250 ml liquid whipping cream

this for the example
Then one table spoon of vanilla essence
one table spoon of butter
one teaspoon of honey
Take out DCC
Then chop

So, it will be faster
to be melting, so it should small chopped
Then put those chocolate in the bowl
blend the butter and DCC
Then set aside

Heating liquid whipping cream
and honey with use small flame
till become foamy
If have to be like this, switch off the flame and
take away
and pouring into the bowl directly
that have filled with butter and DCC. If there have nothing butter
may use
with margarine
stir equally till DCC and butter
to be melted
Then add the vanilla essence
stir equally
Put Ganache inside the piping bag, so
make it easier when it
poured on the top cake that have given with
cream cheese
Now, we spread ganache on cake that have given with
cream cheese before that have been
stripe
So, it should be stripe previously then given it with
ganache
Then poring cream cheese again on the top
Making the stripes vertical lines
This for the motive
Then pull the line in horizontal direct with the sticky
so, it seems
the motive
if you don’t want to make, It can be create according to your taste
