Butter Pecan Ice Cream – Low Carb / Keto


Hello.
PakNatural; The Keto Kween Here; with a video
on how to make Butter Pecan Ice Cream.
1 cup of vanilla almond milk.
2 cups of heavy whipping cream.
3/4 cup of Truvia; or the sweetner of your
choice.
A dash of salt.
1 tbsp of vanilla extract.
Mix Well.
Now it’s time to prepare the ice cream maker.
Once you put the mixture in the ice cream
maker; the machine does all the rest of the
work.
Now here we go making the butter pecan mixture.
1 tbsp of butter.
So far so Good.
1/4 cup of pecan pieces.
1 tbsp of low carb syrup.
Mix Well.
I just had to turn the heat down.
See the difference in color?
I had to change from my camera to my cell
phone.

Pecan pieces, Butter, Syrup Here’s the ice cream
and its ingredients.
Vanilla almond milk, vanilla extract, salt,
heavy whipping cream, and truvia; or the sweetner
of your choice.
Slowly add the pecan mixture to the ice cream.
Let it roll for 5 minutes.
What I do is put it into an ice cream pail
that I had before.
One of those 1 gallon containers.
I use that, and I put it in the freezer for
2 hours before I touch it.
I decided to try a different type of mug cake;
this is a peanut butter mug cake.
The videos that inspired me to do these recipes
will be in the description.
I section this mug cake in quarters because I don’t always eat a whole mug cake.
I may eat a quarter of it, I may eat half;
it just depends; it just makes it easier for
me to just grab and go.
