Asian Chicken and Vegetables Stir Fry Recipes – Cooking with Bosch


Cooking with Bosch
Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry
Peel and slice 50g of Carrots
Chop 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
Chop 1 Tablespoon of Shallots
Chop 100g of Broccoli into Small Pieces
Slice 300g of Deskinned Chicken Thigh into cubes
Pour 20ml of Cooking Oil into a Lightly Heated Pan
Fry 20g of Walnuts til they turn light brown
Add 300g of Chicken Thigh
5g Soaked Dried Chilli
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Shallots
100ml of Chicken Stock
1 Tablespoon of Chinese Rice Wine
1/2 Tablespoon of Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
Stir Fry for about 5 Minutes
Add in the Chopped Broccoli
Sliced Carrots
Place the lid on the pan and allow the ingredients to simmer for about 3 Minutes
Season with A Pinch of White Pepper Powder
And A Pinch of Sugar
Add a Mixture made of 2 Tablespoons of Cornflour and 50ml of Water
Serve after the Gravy has thickened
Garnish with Coriander Leaves
