snack, they’re tasty ; these crackers are
salty so don’t move and
let’s see how this recipe is made
mix in a large bowl
all the seeds, powder psyllium
coconut flour and salt
mix everything very well with a spatula
in another container mix the
pumpkin puree with water and mixture
of spices for pumpkin pie
now, incorporate the liquid to the seeds mixture
when you have a dough, then add the
melted coconut oil;
continue mixing until all
ingredients are well integrated
put the dough on a
tray with wax paper or a silicon mat
spreading it with a spatula,
optionally creating a rectangle
bake for 30 minutes with the preheated oven to 150 ° C – 300 ° F
30 minutes later remove them from the oven and
cut them into rectangles
creating the crackers
add some pumpkin seeds if
it’s your wish
return them to the oven for another 30
minutes or until the crackers are
crunchy if you don’t want to take them out of the oven then
wait 1 hour in the oven;
and when
are cold, just cut them in
different pieces with your hands;
it will be a very beautiful and original way
of showing them.
