Hey yall its Kinoshita Yuka (eng subs by ~Aphexx~

So, Today! tadaa I’ve made a boiled egg donburi (bowl of rice)
and here’s how it was made…
our ingredients will be these.
egg, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and a tube of garlic
and for today’s seasoned eggs I’ll be using about 30
and I wanted some extra to eat later so I have 40 eggs in this bowl
wow… 40… this will be my first time making 40
ok so lets make boiled eggs
poke a pin in the eggs butt
this helps make peeling the egg easier
alright I’m goona go ahead and poke all 40
the pin is slippy so I grabbed this glove
k so its goona look like this
put all the ingredients into a pot and bring to boil
place all eggs into tupperware or a plastic bag and
cover in the sauce let soak for over a half a day
tadaa this is egg that has soaked for a day
waa it looks like it really soaked it up it looks so OISHIII
lets cut this in half
ahh its soaked it up nicely
now time to cut the rest of the ingredients its is an ONEGI
today I have 9 cups of rice prepped
lets top it with some shredded seaweed
then on top of that out onion for before
and then place our flavored eggs
K I’ve placed 30 flavored eggs on top
wow.
so yellow, with only eggs things will get a bit boring so I’ll
add some flavored/stewed pork
then to the sauce we soaked our eggs add some sugar or honey
and drizzle the sweetened sauce on top
and to finish lets add my #BFFMayo on top
add some more onion we kept on reserve
tadaa it should look something like this
~so heavy~ lets weigh it
without the bowl its 5.1kg
and we have 30 boiled eggs in here since I cut them in half its 60
and can you guys see it? there is some pork in the middle
I also have some wasabi standing by
with 600g of miso soup it will total 5.7kg
ITADAKIMASU
I love boiled eggs its soaked up the sauce nicely it looks so
OISHIIIIII
K it looks like this
the whites are so jiggly with a soft yolk and that is all wrapped up
by this garlicy sauce making it so taste so great
and the rice has taken on a sweet and salty flavor that I love
and here is the pork
they’re so OISHII
mm meat is the best stuff
and I just love the fatty part of the pork
adding some wasabi kicks up the flavor helping stimulate
your appetite
eggs are truly OISHIII aren’t they
I love these flavored eggs in particular
and the white part right around the yolk is partially cooked
I love that part too
final egg itadakimasu
all done
gochisosamadeshita
the flavored egg was so OISHII
out of all the times I’ve made flavored boiled eggs this
is the most I’ve ever made I believe I’ve only made
10 at a time before
these are so expensive if you go out and buy them
its so nice to be able to make them on your own
it made me so happy today to be able to eat my favorite
eggs over a whole bunch of rice
they were so easy and OISHI so won’t you all
go ahead and make them as well?
and as always thanks for watching and if you liked this
